If you meant serve a single day, then yes, he's in jail now. The judge revoked his bail last night after the verdict. The whole trial was televised here, start to finish.
B-T-W, for those who think that he is not guilty just because he went to retrieve his own stuff. That is against the law here in Nevada.

DH was told my a couple from NY that they could not understand a word he was saying. I thought that was rude!
It's unique how we all speak so differently. Depends on where you were raised which determines if you eat supper or dinner, drink a pop, soda or a soft drink, have a birthday potty or a party or live under a roof or a rough.
